These terms apply to www.topperswing.com, the Toppers Wing mobile application, and all courses, test series, study material and services offered through them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

Use of content

The content available on this website and application is intended solely for your personal educational use and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without prior written permission. All content — including text, images, video lectures, test papers, results and study material — remains the property of Toppers Wing.

Eligibility and enrolment

Courses offered by Toppers Wing are intended for students preparing for NEET and other competitive examinations. Students below the age of 18 may enrol only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf. Course details, batch timings, faculty allocation and fees shown on the website are indicative and may change; final details are confirmed at the time of admission at our Kota centre.

Your account

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities carried out through their accounts. An account is issued to a single student and may not be shared, transferred or sold. Please inform us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Misuse of the platform

Any misuse of the platform, including unauthorized access, content sharing, or activities that violate applicable laws, may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account without prior notice. This includes recording, screen-capturing or redistributing live and recorded classes, attempting to bypass security measures, and posting unlawful, abusive or misleading content. Fees paid are not refunded where an account is terminated for misuse.

Fees and payments

Course fees, instalment schedules and applicable taxes are communicated at the time of admission. All payments must be made through the official channels notified by Toppers Wing; we are not responsible for any amount paid to another account or individual. Access to a paid course is valid only for the batch and duration stated at the time of enrolment.

Cancellation and refunds

Requests for cancellation or refund are governed by the refund and cancellation policy in force at the time of admission. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timeline communicated to you. To raise a request, write to care@topperswing.com.

Results and outcomes

Results, ranks and testimonials published on this website reflect the performance of individual students and are shared for information only. Toppers Wing does not guarantee any particular rank, score, admission or examination outcome.

Third-party links and services

The platform may include links to other websites, payment gateways or embedded content such as videos. These are provided for your convenience, and Toppers Wing is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Availability and liability

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. While we make every effort to run classes and services without interruption, Toppers Wing is not liable for any loss arising from technical faults, network failure, service interruption or events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kota, Rajasthan.
